A Bob Basset mask is featured in the concept of the Sturmvögel, the custom motorcycle built by ICM (Iron Custom Motorcycles). The company, which specializes in custom-made motorcycles, faced a new challenge in designing the Sturmvögel, a model that was incredibly demanding in terms of gear and accessories.
As per the customer’s request, the motorcycle was built in the style of Dieselpunk, like a 1950s designer’s vision of the future. Designed by Sergei Strelchenko of Cocaine Design, the concept bike was created from a H-D XR1200 in a minimalistic rocket shape painted gray and orange, and included an original helmet mask by Bob Basset.
The resulting Bob Basset bike won the 3rd place in Freestyle at the European Championship in Italy and the 4th place in Street Performance at the AMD 2014 World Championship.
