We will not not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.The personal information collected during your online shopping experience and when you register with us is used only to inform you of new products, sales or events. The credit card information, including full name, billing address and shipping address as well as your email address are used only for the purposes of fulfilling your order and remain confidential with the use of Paypal.


As with your privacy, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use PayPal to protect the security of your online order information.


At this time, we only accept PayPal transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card without signing up for PayPal.


All orders are shipped via Ukrposhta (USPS in USA or goverment post in your country) Shipping for each items indicated in item description if you wish combine shipping cost please write to us bobbasset@gmail.com

International customers: Bob Basset is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes & duties in your country.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days of processing.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number.


If you are not completely satisfied with your Bob Basset online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange.

Should you have any questions about your online purchase once you receive it (including in-store pick up purchases), please contact us at bobbasset@gmail.com right away. If you need to ship an item back to us, you MUST first receive a return authorization number so we can properly track all parcels. We maintain a strict 14 day exchange period to keep our inventory up to date and appreciate your cooperation. If we cannot exchange an item to your satisfaction and it is returned to us properly within 14 days of purchase, we will refund your original credit card, minus any shipping costs involved. Bob Basset is not responsible for missing packages.

Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags and polybag intact. Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.

We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier Bob Basset is not responsible for missing packages. Bob Basset reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
