The design studio works at the sphere of object design and fashion art. Designers of Bob Basset are the renowned gurus of contemporary steampunk. The mission of the studio is to change the visual codes of the surrounding space. The studio creates art object in different materials, preferable in leather, but also in bone, metal, wood, stone etc. The workshop, which later transformed into Bob Basset studio, was founded in Kharkiv in 1989.
Bob Basset studio is famous for its collaboration with Givenchy fashion house, stylists Panos Yiapanis and Brandon Maxwell. The works of the studio are used by music bands Slipknot, Metallica, Korn, Avril Lavigne. They can be noticed in the movies of RSA studio (Reedly Scott), Michael Bay studio. Photos with the creations by Bob Basset are published in the global glossy magazines, namely in Vogue International, Flaunt, The New York Times Fashion Magazine, WAD magazine (France), VICE UK , Bizarre Magazine (the UK), INSIDE artzine magazine (Germany), Trendson (Hong-Kong) and others. The works are presented in exhibitions worldwide.
